What the OECD can’t get from Switzerland, it is trying to get from the numerous small and smallest so-called tax havens of the Caribbean or Pacific, namely a readiness to share bank information for tax purposes. In Ottawa representatives of OECD states met with representatives of so-called offshore finance centres.
